We are a small-batch, organic bakery & coffee shop located in downtown Victoria. All of our baked goods are made in-house every morning, and our coffee is locally sourced from Tiny Footprint in Brooklyn Center, MN.

Our Story

2021

Through a love of baking and desire to serve the community with fresh made coffee, Ruby’s Roost was established in 2015. Our famous caramel rolls brought customers in from across the west metro and still bring new customers in each day.

In May 2021, Paige Huskey took ownership and kept the recipes the same while adding a few new items to the menu and a few new people to the shop. We love chatting with new and old customers so stop in and enjoy a cup of coffee and a caramel roll with us!
